Checking the Status of Your Help Desk Ticket

When you create a Help Desk ticket, and as the ticket is updated, you will receive an email from the "251Tech" email account. This is an informational email only. Do not respond to this email!



If you receive an email from the "251Tech" account and would like to respond, please add your information in the “Add Comment” section of the Help Desk ticket.
