Have you ever deleted a file and realized later you shouldn't have done that? If so there is a way it can be restored, if it was on your SAN Folder (H-Drive). The following will demonstrate how to restore deleted files to your SAN Folder.
1. Go to your SAN Folder (H-Drive) and right click on the folder that had the deleted file.
2. Choose “Restore Previous Versions.”
3. You will see a list of different versions of the folder.
4. Select a version that is has date/time prior to when your file was deleted.
5. Click “Open.”
6. The selected version of the folder will open.
7. Locate the deleted file. Right click on the file and choose "Copy."
8. Go to the folder where you would like to place the file. Right click and choose "Paste."
9. The item is now restored.
